We recommend that you wear appropriate clothing when rowing as explained by the British Rowing experts in this link.
Rowers and coxes need to be aware not to wear heavy clothes e.g. jeans, thick jumpers or dry robes as these would be very heavy if wet and could cause mobility difficulties.
